Training, Coaching, Preparing

No two clients are alike. We collaborate with our clients on each assignment to ensure that we’re building a program that delivers our expertise and meets our clients’ needs. Our training comes in four “flavors” and is always customized to suit your needs and budget. Get in touch to learn more.

a more Powerful Virtual Training

One of our virtual trainings, joined by participants from around the globe.

a more Powerful Virtual Training

If the pandemic taught us anything, it’s that we both crave and NEED human interaction with our larger communities. That need forced the world to adopt new standards for meeting, training, and playing. Although remote, virtual training began as a necessity, it still offers a convenient and powerful way for us to train your teams. Our virtual trainings are not pre-set or out-of-the-box solutions: they are customized, fully interactive, and leave your staff with memorable and joyous action plans to deepen their skills.

A more memorable “All-Hands”

Stop asking your teams to sit through boring lectures, speeches, and presentations. We’ll get moving around the room with an interactive workshop that will leave everyone feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready for the next chapter of their career with you.

Our customized “all-hands” workshops won’t only bring joy and laughter to your teams: they’ll also create deep connections, insights, and recognitions between participants. THAT’S the kind of training that pays real dividends.

a more focused LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Great leaders and teams don’t just happen by mistake: they are forged through intentional learning, focused practice, and refining key skills. We teach these skills to small and large groups in unique, powerful, and memorable ways.

Training involves two or more sessions that help your staff focus on skills like careful listening, finding fast agreement, maintaining kind eye contact, identifying and understanding non-verbal communication, and the power of trusting our instincts. Schedule a chat to learn more about how this works.

Creating riveting Keynotes

The presentations given by business leaders are some of the most important events of their careers. Their words have the power to inspire and motivate employees, customers, and investors. They can also shape public opinion and truly impact a company's fortunes. Given their importance, it is essential that business leaders learn how to prepare thoroughly so they can deliver memorable and powerful presentations. Our trainers have lived their lives on stage, so we know how to educate and prepare you. Contact us to learn more about how we work in person or virtually with your team.

Change Through Play | Coaching for On-Air Appearances

On-camera training with attorney David Glass to prep for Good Morning America.

preparing for ON-AIR APPEARANCES

Some of our clients are more visible than others. Some appear on TV and News shows (some nationally!) to discuss current events. But being an expert in economics, psychology, or the law doesn’t also make you an expert on how to best appear on TV, film, or radio. Our trainers have lived most of their lives on stage, so we’re perfectly positioned to help our clients navigate the sometimes surreal world of being on television.

Our training includes recommending the best gear for our clients’ home studios and, more importantly, providing training on body and facial language to help make them appear natural, approachable, and charming.

When our clients are seen on TVs, computers, and smart devices, our goal is to make them look and sound as professional as the on-air hosts who interview them. Here’s our client David Glass on ABC News. His appearance begins at 3:38.

David always pulls me through. He has a perfect combination of constructive criticism and positive reinforcement – that’s some thing that is very hard to provide consistently. And, best of all: I can see my improvement.
