Pricing Policies
Can I sign up for just some of the classes?
Yes! Purchase what makes sense for you. Students can choose to purchase:
All classes in a series
6 classes in a series
4 classes in a series
Individual classes
Classes are pro-rated, so the more you purchase, the less expensive each class is.
Do the classes I’ve purchased expire?
Yes! Please use up all of your classes before the end of our 2 month cycles. Class purchases do not rollover to future class series.
If I miss A class, can I get a refund?
No! But we allow students to attend a make-up class that same week. When you take a make-up class, you’ll be improvising with others at different levels play. Enjoy this opportunity and learn from it!
Can I Get a Refund if I have to miss multiple/many classes?
No! We understand that life throws us curves and we want to support you the best we can in a fair way. We offer a pro-rated credit for any classes that you’ve missed due to events such as an extended illness, a family emergency, or a sudden work change that requires your time. For these issues, please reach out to our liaisons Brittney van Eck or Christine Frieje via our contact page, explain your situation and we’ll reach out with solutions!
What if I can’t afford your classes but really want to attend?
We maintain a generous partial and full scholarship program based on each individuals needs. TL;DR - we never turn anyone away - ever! - for a lack of funds. In some cases, we lower our fees; in others, we barter our time for yours. Every arrangement is different. If you’re curious, contact Brittney or Christine Frieje via our contact page and explain your situation. One of our staff will get back to you with a class package that you can afford.
