Pictures & Videos Are a Part of What We Do

By Taking Part in Our Classes, Workshops, & Performances, participants Agree to the Following

I am willingly participating in classes, workshops, or other services at the Change Through Play Improv & Training Studio. I grant permission and consent to Using Theater LLC — doing business as Change Through Play — to use classroom and performance photographs and videos for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content.

I understand that there shall be no payment for this release nor any royalty, fee, or compensation by reason of such use.

I understand that I can submit a request in writing to the studio to have specific photos/videos removed. Using Theater, LLC with use consideration in every revocation request but cannot guarantee removal of every image or video requested.
