Our Philosophy

Our philosophy for developing our corporate work is based on settled science: play is how humans learn as infants. That’s been demonstrated and discussed again and again and again.

However, play is also how we continue learning as adults. Engaging in play turbo-charges our emotional and social IQ; it creates joy and creativity which - in turn - creates engagement; it helps change and even anchor relationships which - in turn - drastically improve team building, team cohesion, and performance. Play, it turns out, is serious business! Even better, it creates memorable and long-lasting change.

To help our clients achieve long-term character development, improved team dynamics, and forge more compassionate leaders, we use the following blueprint:

Our corporate design work is based heavily on approaches from the worlds of theater, improvisation, and psychology.
